Return & Refund Policy

We take pride in the quality of our magical items and handcrafted goods. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

Returns & Exchanges

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on ritual tools, spell kits, candles, oils, crystals, jewelry, or any other metaphysical products due to their energetic nature.

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging for review. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

• Custom or personalized items (such as custom spell work, readings, or engraved products) are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Refunds

• Refunds are only issued if an item is out of stock or unavailable after purchase.

• If we approve a refund for a damaged product, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless they have already been processed for shipping.

• Custom spell work, readings, and digital products cannot be canceled or refunded.
